Mr. Dennis Anthony Uy's vision of providing internet and data services began in the forming of ComClark Network and Technology Corporation in partnership with Clark Telecom, Inc. (A PLDT subsidiary) in 1996. This was the beginning of the journey of what ComClark is today and its thrust towards the future.

As the demand for higher, clearer and faster bandwidth grew, Mr. Uy pioneered and launched the first Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification protocol (DOCIS) technology on the existing Hybrid Fiber Co-axial HFC) Cable TV Network which already had a distribution capacity then of more than 20,000 subscribers. By installing, operating and maintaining a full fiber optic cable network in Clark Special Economic Zone (CSEZ), ComClark introduced the first ever Fiber to the Building (FTTB) technology in the industry. The decision to deploy a full fiber optic cable infrastructure has allowed ComClark the agility and flexibility to move ahead of the competition that has been encumbered by obsolete technologies and infrastructures.

To further meet the needs and demands of the market, ComClark began bundling corollary products and services to its offering which has established ComClark as the emergent full service ICT/Broadcast Solutions Provider of choice in the industry.

ComClark's commitment to apply technologies to provide quality products and services to its clients is the foundation of its vision for the future. The key differentiators of ComClark's fondation and thrust for the future are as followsMr. Dennis Uy:
